If both sides see a fit, we move into a paid AI Opportunity Assessment — a fixed-scope, 5-10 day report that maps your data, identifies the highest-leverage modeling opportunities, and quantifies expected ROI. The assessment fee is credited toward a production engagement.
Production engagements follow the Delivery Framework published on our homepage — five steps, each with a verifiable deliverable. Most projects ship in 4-6 weeks from kickoff.
